Submit Your Request

Log in to Property Meld and submit your maintenance request. Describe the issue clearly and include as much detail as possible so our team can prepare.

Add Photos

Attach photos of the issue directly in Property Meld. Visuals help us diagnose the problem faster, order the right parts, and arrive fully prepared — saving you time.

Phone or Video Troubleshooting

After reviewing your photos, our team will attempt to resolve the issue right away via a quick phone or video call. Many problems can be fixed on the spot — saving you time and avoiding a service visit altogether.

Share Your Availability

If an in-person visit is needed, provide your preferred scheduling windows in Property Meld. This step is critical — without your availability, we cannot dispatch a technician. You'll receive confirmation once scheduled.

We Assign the Right Tech

Based on the issue and your schedule, we assign one of our in-house maintenance technicians. For specialized repairs, we coordinate directly with a trusted 3rd-party vendor who will schedule with you.
