
White Glove places great emphasis on technical knowledge, training, employee care, and supervisory control. Our business model has been to offer companies an outsource option for their cleaning needs and to deliver our customers a quality, reliable, cost effective, turn-key maintenance service alternative.
Key indicators of success will be achieved and measured in a couple of ways. First, our supervisors will complete and submit daily reports of inspection results--of all the cleaning performed and completed. Second, White Glove management will submit quarterly reports of work schedule logs setting forth the locations and frequencies of all periodic cleaning dates and areas. Notice of completion will be submitted when the tasks are performed. Our company will perform the scope of work outlined by assigning five specialized service teams:
TEAM 1 - Standard Janitorial Team
TEAM 2 - Floor Strip & Refinish
TEAM 3 - Window Cleaning Team
TEAM 4 - Carpet Steam Cleaning Team
TEAM 5 - Stand By Team (Vacation, Sick, Special Services) |

Gene has over thirty years of operations and management experience, of which over twenty five years of this experience is in the landscape and custodial maintenance fields. Gene continued his education with Fred Prior Seminars on Goals, Priorities, Planning, along with Time Management Courses, Productivity Training, and various seminars key to our industry.
For over twenty years, Gene has served as the Owner / President of White Glove Professional Maintenance Service, Inc. Gene values honesty and integrity. He enjoys working with customers and staff and takes pride in seeing the results of the hard work his team puts into a facility. His goal is to continue to build long-lasting relationships with White Glove customers and staff members, and his commitment is to provide service that is unmatched industry wide in its quality, integrity, and responsiveness.
